How We Invalidate a Higher-Timeframe Map

Hands reviewing notes beside market data

Students often erase a carefully drawn daily zone because a fifteen-minute candle spiked through it. In Private Frame Review we separate pierce from acceptance. Was the move accompanied by expanding participation on the timeframe that owns the map? Did the next higher-timeframe session close and hold beyond the zone?

Keep a simple log: pierce, reclaim, accept. After a month of honest labels, redraws become rarer and more deliberate. Multi-timeframe work is less about finding perfect confluence and more about knowing which chart is allowed to change the story.
